Refund Policy

1.Introduction

We know that sometimes a session has to be cancelled or rearranged for a variety of reasons. PATHFINDER™ sets out its cancellation and refund policies below for your perusal. These policies apply to all service offerings.

Our REFUND POLICY, together with the TERMS & CONDITIONS, and PRIVACY POLICY constitutes your agreement with us.

2.Late arrival/missed sessions

2.1.Career counseling appointments are booked for specific and agreed times only. If you choose to attend outside of the agreed times, it will not be possible to consult with you.

If you arrive at an appointment early you have to wait for your agreed appointment time and equally if you arrive late the session cannot be extended to compensate.

2.3.We will assume an appointment has been cancelled without notice in case of over 15 minutes late and no contact with the person with whom the session is supposed to be conducted.

3.Cancellations

3.1.We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment over 48-hours in advance you will not be charged for the missed session.

3.2.After that timeframe a fee will still apply to the appointment as we have committed the time.

4.Exceptional circumstances

4.1.It is recognized that in life emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Reschedule your session in case of any possibility of missing an appointment (if known by you in advance).

4.2.Equally in the case of a genuine emergency, where you are unable to attend or submit prior notice of your need to cancel, a reduced cancellation fee of 30% will be applied.

4.3.Where appointments are repeatedly made and cancelled, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable pre-payment which is not refunded even when a cancellation happens within the required 48-hour window. We also reserve the right to refuse to offer a service in the future on this basis.

5.If PATHFINDER™ cancels an appointment

5.1.In exceptional circumstances where an appointment has to be cancelled from our side, you will be given as much notice(s) as is possible and feasible.

5.2.You will not be charged for appointments cancelled from our side and we will endeavor to re-book at a mutually convenient time thereafter.

6.Refunds

6.1.All bookings – including career counseling session(s), mentorship session(s), testing & assessment(s) purchase(s) and other paid events – may be transferable but non-refundable.

6.2.If you do not attend a paid booking, a reduced cancellation fee of 30% will be applied and the remaining amount will be transferred to your wallet for re-purchase of a service of your choice.

6.3.If the service cancels or rearranges a booking (including career counseling session(s), mentorship session(s), testing & assessment(s):

a)the service will give a full refund; or

b)the opportunity to re-book for an alternative date; or

c)a credit note(s) against a future booking.
