- After creating an account voice note button will automatically get active.
- You would have only 45 seconds to submit your question
- Before start the recording, think what you really want to ask.
- Once you make-up your mind, press, “Start Recoding”.
- As the recoding starts, share your name and the area/city from where you are sending the voice note and then share your concern/question.
- After recording, play it once, at least, and check if your audio has all the necessary information.
- If you are not satisfied, delete your audio and record again.
- When your voice note is complete, agree to terms and conditions and press the send audio button to share your audio with us.
- You may receive response of your query/question within 48 hours in the inbox of your account.
