Pathfinder is looking for a professional Business Development Executive. A Business Development Executive who will be responsible for the business development aspects of Pathfinder. Primary responsibilities may include, but not limited to identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.
TASKS
- Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets.
- Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA degree in marketing, finance or related field.
- 5+ years' experience working in a business development role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great leadership skills.
- Top-notch analytical skills - you must have an eye for detail!
- The ability to travel to meet clients, attend trainings and research new markets as needed.
